If something didn’t work out - whether it didn’t fit, wasn’t what you expected, or arrived damaged - we’re here to help make it right.
You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your item for in-store credit
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
Returns Procedure
Package Your Return
Place your item(s) in the original packaging or use a secure bag or box of your own.
Create Your Shipping Label
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide their own shipping label.
Ship The Package
Drop off your return at your preferred shipping carrier’s location and send it to the following address:

Local Drop-Off Option
If you selected local pickup at checkout, you’re welcome to drop off your return at the location provided to avoid shipping costs.

Once your return is on its way or has been dropped off, please email us at (YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS) with your order number and tracking info (if applicable), so we can keep an eye out and process your return quickly.
Exchange Procedure
If you would like to exchange an item, we’re happy to help! Once you’ve arranged the return or the item you’d like to exchange - whether by shipping, drop-off, or pickup - we’ll begin the process of replacing it with your requested item.
If the item you’re requesting is out of stock, we’ll provide you with an estimated restock and delivery time.
If you’re exchanging for a different item or higher value, the price difference will need to be paid before the new item is shipped.
If the new item is of lesser value, you’ll receive the difference as in-store credit to use on a future purchase.
